Pavement appeared on last night’s episode of The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, performing their old sleeper hit “Harness Your Hopes” at the Ed Sullivan Theater. Watch it below. The appearance accompanies the limited theatrical release this week of Alex Ross Perry’s part-biopic, part mockumentary Pavements. The film’s soundtrack arrives with the nationwide cinema release on May 30, via Matador, and you can check out the tracklist below.

The soundtrack features a bumper mix of rehearsal and concert recordings from their reunion tour, dialog snippets, and cast recordings from the Slanted! Enchanted! jukebox musical. It also includes a new cover of Jim Pepper’s “Witchitai-To,” which Scott Kannberg teased as a new Pavement song on the Kreative Kontrol podcast.
